Sorrell Private Trust is committed to preserving and protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and employees. Individual Access - Upon request, clients shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their information, and be given access to such information. Clients may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and have it amended, as appropriate.

Challenging Compliance - Clients may direct any questions or enquiries with respect to the privacy principles outlined above or about SPT privacy practices by contacting the Privacy Officer.
Withdrawal of Consent
Sorrell Private Trust clients may withdraw consent to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information at any time, provided that:

There are no legal requirements or obligations for SPT to use a client’s personal information; and

The withdrawal of consent does not result in SPT’s inability to fulfill any agreement between SPT and the client.
