Jamie Kidd

Jamie Kidd is a Lawyer and a Trust and Estate Practitioner with extensive domestic and international experience in trust, estate, and tax planning. He was the EVP and General Counsel of an international trust company and family office based in Bermuda where he provided counsel on the implementation of trust/corporate structures for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. He earned his law degree from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the International Bar Association. Jamie is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Tax Planning Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Jamie is responsible for the oversight of trust, estate and family office administration; client and professional relationship management; trust risk management supervision and reviews; legal advisor and the development and implementation of trust and estate planning solutions.

Darrel Johnson

Darrel Johnson has extensive experience in senior operations management and senior human resources leadership roles within the financial services and post secondary sectors.  He has a proven track record of success in relationship management, client satisfaction, business development, people leadership, negotiations and general operations.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Alberta.  He is also certified in Leadership Architect and Project Management Breakthroughs as well as completing leadership development at the Banff Centre for Management.

Darrel is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations including human resources, financial management, information technology, communications and investor relations; client and professional relationship management; trust, estate and family office administration; marketing and business development; compliance and privacy.
